We source products directly from local farms and always with a lot of dedication to the product. Sustainable, down-to-earth and everything from our own production – that is our kitchen philosophy. Country and handmade. We think of menus in terms of the product available and a sustainable, holistic approach. The fight against waste of food, processing whole animals and support for our producers play a major role in our restaurant.

Our vision is reflected in two different concepts. At lunchtime we serve handmade dishes a la carte and offer a menu in two or three courses. We like to serve classics, such as homemade bratwursts or braised dishes. We of course serve a wide range of vegetarian dishes too, like our homemade seitan or feta cheese. The focus here is uncomplicated enjoyment. Our weekly Saturday lunch is based on our evening menu and is served in three, four or five courses, as a regular or vegetarian menu. In the evening, we serve two fixed menus, again in omnivorous or vegetarian versions: a creative crosssection of our sustainable craft. The evening menu varies in its components almost daily according to seasonal availability – therefore you can view the menu of the last few days here. The menu costs €99 per person.



The drinks are carefully selected by us and are positioned off the beaten track. We mainly have wines from sustainably grown, small vineyards and focus on wines of German origin and neighbouring countries. We offer well-known and lesser-known names, rarities, pet nats and natural wines as well as exclusive wines and newcomers. Furthermore, there are special apple brandies and spirits, as well as homemade lemonades, kombuchas or iced teas. Certain elements change every now and then and you can regularly discover something new at our restaurants.
